Stephanie Citron grew up in the local community and has been living here since she was 4 years old. She was the second graduating class of Stoneman Douglas High School in 1993, proud to be an Eagle. Stephanie graduated from the University of Central Florida, but eventually moved back to her home town. 

Stephanie previously managed subsidized housing for mentally ill individuals and veterans. She then became a licensed CAM Manager and managed Homeowner and Condominium Associations throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. Her knowledge in the housing industry for the last 10 years provides insight to homeowners that can only come with experience. As a local real estate expert, she can use her skills to provide today’s homeowners with the best guidance, knowledge and expertise they need to either sell or buy their dream home.

Stephanie currently resides in Watercrest with her husband Howard and two children, Samantha and Ryan. Her daughter Samantha attends Westglades Middle School and son Ryan attends Heron Heights Elementary School.
